Congratulations!!! You’ve made it through the first 6 weeks of 2018, and the first quarter, which means that the toughest part of the year (in my opinion) is officially behind us.
The first half of each quarter, usually centres around laying a lot of foundations, which means doing the hard work without necessarily seeing much reward, but as we move in to this second half, hopefully you’ll start to see and feel some traction and momentum building towards those goals you set yourself, and that’s always encouraging.
This mid-way point is also the perfect time to take a pause and just check in with your progress towards those first quarter goals. If you haven’t done this already, I’d suggest taking a quick break (probably with a nice mug of tea!) and reflecting on how these past 6 weeks have gone – are you on track to hit your goals for the end of this quarter? What’s gone really well? What hasn’t gone to plan? Do you need to adjust your actions going into the next 6 weeks to stay on track for achieving your targets?
If you need some help with this, you can book in for a free coaching consultation with me here.
If you’re realising that you’re not where you wanted to be by this point, why not click here and book in for your free coaching call to see how I can help you get back on track and achieve your goals.
And what’s also nice about this first quarter particularly, is that (hopefully) the worst of the cold, grey weather is also now behind us, and as we move towards Spring and the weather starts to improve and the days lengthen again it always seems to get slightly easier to stay motivated and take action, which boosts your chances of hitting those goals even higher!
So well done, we’re officially over the hump, and hopefully now coasting downhill nicely towards achieving those goals for the end of Q1.
Keep up the great work
